In the latest Ask Frank video, our head coach gives responses to questions posed by Chelsea fans in an exclusive question and answer session via the 5th Stand app.
The subjects on this occasion ranged from today’s Rugby World Cup final in Japan to recovering from the midweek defeat and more…
Blues fans are asked regularly via The 5th Stand to supply their queries to be put to Lampard. They are posted via the Comments section on The 5th Stand and he takes time after his pre-match media conference is finished to answer a selection of them with our cameras filming the replies.
Questions asked this week cover whether the boss is interested in the rugby, what he does differently after a defeat like the one against Man United in the Carabao Cup and does his wife like football.
He also spoke about Wednesday’s match which brought an end to an impressive winning run and about any positives that can be taken from it.
‘We can take a lot of positives from the Man United game,’ he replied.
‘I obviously made some changes to the side and we played some other players and younger players who deserved some minutes. Man United played a very strong line-up and I thought we were the better team on actual play during the game and were probably unfortunate to lose the game due to an incredible free-kick from Marcus Rashford.
‘Individually there were some really good performances,’ he continued. ‘The important thing now is how we bounce back.’
